The Company

Bankers Asset Management has a long and distinguished history in local real estate and REO sales; nationally as an REO Outsource/Asset Management Company. Since its inception in 1992 in Dallas, Texas, Bankers Asset Management prides itself on offering a full range of quality asset management services which include nationwide coverage for property valuation, property preservation, and marketing.

In a real estate career spanning over 35 years, our founder Ann Ball forged formidable relationships across the country founded on integrity, loyalty, and business savvy.

In 1998 Ann Ball relocated Ball Asset Management to Little Rock, AR and shortly thereafter merged with Crye-Leike Realtors. The business name was changed from Ball Asset Management to Bankers Asset Management at that time. Bankers Asset Management is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of one of the largest privately held real estate brokerages in the nation. Crye-Leike has dominated the southern real estate market since 1977 with over 120 branches and 3,200+ sales associates.
