Real Estate Property Evaluation & Setup

  • Assign qualified, established REO agent to property
  • Secure, inspect, and winterize property
  • Determine occupancy
  • Offer Cash for Keys if occupied (CFK)
  • Initiate and manage eviction process
  • Evaluate property condition
  • Order title report
  • Perform title curative work
